I specialize in working with neurodivergent teens and adults with busy brains! This includes ADHD, Autism, OCD, Anxiety, & Depression. I use a warm, strengths-based approach to provide a therapeutic environment. I welcome the opportunity to support you in finding more acceptance and joy. I often use a mix of talk therapy and Brainspotting to help you get unstuck, reduce anxiety, and work through trauma or difficult situations. Brainspotting is an effective and gentle tool that can be used to re-wire the neural pathways and release trauma that is stored in your body faster than traditional talk therapy. I am Phase 2 trained, receive consultation and working towards certification.
