I work with adults on issues including depression, anxiety, insomnia, life transitions, new parenthood, grief, communication challenges, and social challenges. I have a perinatal mental health certification (PMH-C) and am passionate about supporting birthing and non-birthing parents through pregnancy, loss, role changes, and other unique challenges faced during pregnancy and postpartum. I am also trained in CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), the leading approach for insomnia treatment.
I use an integrative, trauma-informed, and humanistic approach, pulling from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused brief therapy. Through a collaborative process, I aim to tailor treatment to fit your individual needs and support you in effectively reaching your goals.
