Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in RIchmond, VA. I currently offer virtual sessions only at this time which allows me to work with clients throughout the state of Virginia.
I specialize in supporting individuals with depression, OCD, anxiety, life stress and transitions, mood disorders, ADHD, grief, and adjustment related concerns, among others. My goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your experiences and challenges. Together we will work on developing practical coping strategies and tools.
I take an eclectic, client centered approach to therapy because there is no one size fits all solution. I draw from a range of evidence based modalities to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and to tailor your needs and goals.
