Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in RIchmond, VA. I currently offer virtual sessions only at this time which allows me to work with clients throughout the state of Virginia. In the future, I hope to expand my practice to include in person sessions.
I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, life stress and transitions, mood disorders, ADHD, grief, and adjustment related concerns, among others. I take an eclectic, client centered approach to therapy because I believe there is no one size fits all solution. I draw from a range of evidence based modalities to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to tailor your needs and goals.
