As a Hispanic therapist with 12 years of experience as a mental health provider, I help adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and depression by connecting past experiences to present patterns. Using EMDR, parts work, and CBT, we’ll work toward clarity, balance, and peace so you can feel grounded and whole.
