My ideal clients are adults, adolescents, and children who are open to learning about how their thought patterns affect their overall wellbeing. While working together, you can expect to identify negative or unhelpful thoughts and behaviors and ways to alter them and cope healthily. People need to feel heard, seen, and validated, and that happens when a strong therapeutic relationship is built. My experiences in connecting with different people (and myself) through counseling have shown me how impactful creating a safe and therapeutic space for people can be. Because everyone is different, I like to let my clients take the lead.
To me, the therapeutic relationship is the connection of one human to another in a safe and confidential space, and I believe this safety is what is needed before any change can occur. I want to attract clients of all ages that are ready and willing to find a counselor that will assist them on their healing journey.
If you have experienced something traumatic or if you are struggling with anxiety, depression, big life changes like moving out, starting/finishing school, relationship endings, etc., I want to be your listening ear and help you in your healing journey.
