I provide individual therapy for adults, adolescents, and children. I also provide couples therapy, family therapy, pre-marital therapy, group therapy and parental training. Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, pornography, addictions, behavioral issues, self confidence building, and relationship improvements are some of the issues that I treat.
My style of treatment is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also integrate Solution Focus, Strategic, and Client Centered approaches.
The office is a great setting for therapy, it provides a comfortable and peaceful environment for healing to take place. I am available by appointment only and have very flexible office hours.
