We all need someone to talk to at different times in our lives, especially when it is difficult for our closest loved ones to give unbiased feedback. As a counselor, I join with individuals, couples and families to help them utilize their inner and collective strengths to face their difficulties. By building skills and strategies to address their struggles, people can transcend their past suffering, cope with present difficulties and move forward in life. I create space for connection and healing by offering a private, supportive, and safe place to allow people to bring forth their authentic selves.
I have seen and experienced the benefits of holistic approaches/practices to healing taking into account the experiences of the individual (and collective/universal) mind, body, & soul. This has led to pursing further post-graduate training in Mindfulness, Past Life Therapy (using Hypnosis), Reiki, Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting.
With great humor I bring a lighthearted nature to sessions. I am grateful to welcome fellow souls to reach out and join with me to have (what feels like) a relaxed conversation, and begin to do the best work you could ever do in your life, that which helps you to be your best version of yourself.
