Let’s face it, it’s hard for all of us at one time or another! I have been trained in perinatal mood disorders, EMDR, CBT and DBT. I love working with young adult women, new mom's, women struggling with juggling the pressures of work and home and those of us who want to improve our sense of worth.
My philosophy, is that we are all on this journey together. It would be my pleasure to utilize what I know and to walk with you through your experiences.
