I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has expertise working with individuals and families dealing with adoption and foster care, anxiety, depression, trauma, caregiving, grief and end of life issues. Sessions will focus on your inherent strengths to help you make true changes in your life. In addition to individuals, I work with families. Families can be supportive but complicated. They are often the core of our world and therefore we and they are worth the effort to invest in.
With me, you can expect a client driven yet collaborative approach to dealing with whatever issues you are experiencing. My style is strengths based and focuses on identifying and prioritizing your concerns, building on existing skills and applying them to your daily life. Clients should come to sessions prepared to engage to facilitate steady progress.
I am very passionate about the work I do and I put my all into each and every client. I have prided myself on having respect for each individual person and their circumstances; meeting them where they are at and using their strengths to improve their personal situation.
