Life can be hard. It can be helpful to have someone to talk to while working through a challenging issue, in order to continue growing and developing as a person or in relationship with another. Together, we can explore new ways to approach your concerns, look deeper for underlying causes and meaning, brainstorm realistic ways to begin making changes, stay motivated, and practice holding on less tightly to those aspects of life that are out of one's control. I offer nearly 20 years of experience helping a diverse variety of people, from under three years old to over 80 years old.
I can meet you wherever you are at in your current state-of-being and offer a non-judgmental listening ear. My specialties include assisting with emotional regulation (including depression and anxiety), relationships, trauma recovery, attention difficulties, parenting stress, and mindfulness/ meditation. I offer in-person sessions in WA.
When life gets tricky it can help to share what's bothering you while getting undivided attention and energy. I offer a warm and safe environment in which we share in an experience that encourages individuals to express themselves in ways that are authentic and can help them to move forward in life.
