I specialize in working with women and young adults/teens undergoing life changes, chosen or unchosen. I support my clients as they experience and move through anxiety, grief/loss, postpartum struggles, trauma and relationship conflict. I am certified in EMDR for trauma work. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health to help with maternal mental health.
