Many of my clients are individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, life transitions, and chronic stress. I am very compassionate and I’m able to hold space for you, as we work together to relieve some of the challenges you’re facing. I also ensure that you learn the skills and techniques that will help you cope with difficult situations — so you can achieve calm, relief, and a more fulfilled life. I have trained with clinical leaders and researchers in the area of trauma.
I understand how trauma expresses itself in our bodies and how somatic expression has a healing connection. I’m certified in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and EMDR.
