Life doesn't come with instructions—and some seasons are harder than others. What sets me apart is the combination of professional experience and real-world understanding I bring to therapy. I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, depression, and life transitions, I also bring specialized experience in a few unique areas. With 20 years of autism experience, I provide neurodivergent-affirming care that is practical and individualized. I also have a unique understanding of infertility, reproductive loss, and the realities of agricultural life.
Whether you are seeking therapy as an individual, couple, parent, adolescent, or family, my approach is grounded in practical solutions and genuine connection. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation rather than a clinical exercise. Together, we will focus on practical tools, meaningful insight, and lasting change.
Whatever season of life you are in, you deserve support that feels genuine, practical, and tailored to your needs. If you are ready to invest in yourself, your relationships, or your future, therapy can be a meaningful place to start.
