I work with women, teens through adulthood, who deal with mood disorders, substance abuse, trauma, life transitions, relationship problems, and behavioral issues. I use a combination of traditional and integrative therapies such as IFS, EMDR, Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Christian CBT, implementing faith practices, if desired.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a training supervision designation (LPCC-S). I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) and have completed training in IFS, EMDR, and Level 2 Gottman Method. I am proud to be a Star Behavioral Health Provider, serving the unique needs of the military and their families.
