About
Are you feeling stuck? Are your relationships suffering? Do you find yourself overreacting or numbing out and feel detached from others? Maybe you've been in talk therapy and have learned coping skills but you're tired of just coping? There is good news - The brain is an organ designed to heal itself! If you've found little to no relief of symptoms, you may have undischarged trauma. The types of therapies that I offer help to heal that trauma once and for all. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Ketamine Assisted Therapy.
These three psychotherapy modalities enable people to heal from the the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of past trauma. As a licensed professional counselor using these modalities, I've witnessed the brain’s ability to heal itself hundreds of times in awe.
I will create a safe and warm space for you to jumpstart the healing journey. While your symptoms may feel uncontrollable, your journey with me is not; we will set goals in the beginning and monitor outcomes. Call me so we can take the first step.
