Life provides many challenges; challenges that are sometimes hard to face and that may seem impossible to overcome. I provide a safe, nonjudgemental atmosphere where clients can explore the challenges they face and partner with them as they seek positive change in their lives.
My previous 20-year career as a secondary educator prepared me for the work I do today. Many of my clients are students or parents of students trying to navigate themselves or their children through school and the many learning experiences life provides daily.
My therapeutic approach is flexible to meet the varying needs of my clients. Together we explore patterns of thinking, feeling, and interacting with others and how they may be impacting everyday life and work to make changes that may be necessary to reach personal goals.
