Do you feel disconnected from life, work, or relationships? I work with teens, young adults, and parents to build on their strengths and break unhelpful patterns. My goals as a therapist is help clients build skills to reach their goals and feel successful in all areas of their lives. I also enjoy working with parents to develop tools and strategies to manage challenging behaviors with their child or teen. Using attachment theories to explore patterns, I work to strengthen relationships amongst families.
