Groups
Resilience Group for Abuse Survivors
The Resilience Group for Abuse Survivors is a monthly virtual drop-in support group for adults healing from family abuse (emotional, physical, verbal, sexual, or neglect). Attend as needed—no commitment required. Facilitated by a certified trauma-informed therapist, each 90-minute Zoom session provides a safe space for present-focused sharing, peer connection, and skill-building. Rotating themes cover grounding, boundaries, shame reduction, emotion regulation, healthy relationships, and resilience. Safety is prioritized through clear guidelines, voluntary participation, and brief screening. This group complements individual therapy, reduces isolation, and builds hope and strength. Sliding-scale fees available. Adults 18+ welcome.
