I primarily work with clients who have or think they may have ADHD, anxiety and/or depression. I also work with the partners and parents of those with ADHD. My approach to supporting clients is informed by my studies of many authors and researchers and many approaches to living as happily and healthily as possible with all the difficult challenges you face. I hope to support your complete wellbeing in a holistic, empathetic manner. I am particularly passionate about and have studied research in ways in which nutrition and natural methods can improve focus and mood, and can be either a supplement or alternative to medication.
My style values authenticity, mindfulness and awareness of the body/mind connection, and is informed by my training in nutrition specifically for mental health, as well as Cognitive, Person Centered, Art and Gestalt Therapies. I have many tools and suggestions to offer to address tendencies and symptoms you may be struggling with.
Its hard to take that first step, AND, its worth it. Having personal support so you maintain good or even great self care and live on your terms is what you deserve!
