Whether that be addressing trauma, stress and anxiety, addressing transition/change, or building skills for better communication, confidence and relationships, I believe that together we can work towards what you need to achieve a better quality of life.

I do my best to provide a treatment that is uniquely catered to each person, to best fit their needs. I have years of experience helping children and families who were impacted by various personal traumas. This experience helped me understand the complexities of not only trauma but how life events in general can impact our lives and well beings.
