About
Clients who find me a good fit are those who are motivated to explore their past and present in order to make choices leading to their best selves. I work collaboratively in goal setting and find that individuals are often the best experts on themselves. Our working together toward common goals using your expertise as well as my clinical experience can be highly effective and a positive experience for those who choose to work with me in therapy.
I work mostly with Individuals, couples, and families. I have worked extensively with those making significant transitions in their lives, stress and/or anxiety, and depressive symptoms. I also have experience in working with caregivers for those experiencing cancer diagnoses and supporting those throughout their treatment.
I see therapy as not only a professional but also a caring relationship between individuals. My clients often describe me as enthusiastic, accessible, knowledgeable, creative and grounding. Please feel free to call for an initial appointment for more information.
