I provide a warm and welcoming environment for clients to safely explore their emotions to reconnect with self. Emotions aren't weaknesses to fix. They're signals, stories, and invitations to understand ourselves more deeply. Healing isn’t about forgetting what hurt you. It’s about permitting yourself to grow beyond it. It’s choosing to be gentle with your own story, to reclaim parts of yourself you thought were lost, and to believe that you’re worthy of peace. Emotional and mental healing isn’t a straight line.
With therapy, my goal is to work in partnership with clients to assist them in recognizing their strengths, self-worth, and resilience to promote growth and positive changes. My ideal client is willing to take the steps to create the life they desire.
My therapy style is relaxed and centered on the belief that ALL individuals are deserving of care and respect. I seek to create an atmosphere that allows a client to gain a greater understanding and discovery of self.
