If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or just tired of holding everything together, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to sort through it by yourself anymore. I work with adult women who are navigating concerns like perimenopausal anxiety or mood changes, late-diagnosed ADHD, family-of-origin wounds, people-pleasing, spiritual or church hurt, boundaries, relationship difficulties, and grief that comes from losses due to death, big shifts in life, and other life losses. Many of the women I see tell me they’ve spent years taking care of everyone else and suddenly realize they’ve lost touch with who they are.
In our sessions, we slow down and make space for you. My style is warm, grounding, and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, make sense of old patterns, practice new skills, and reconnect you with your voice, your needs, and your identity. You deserve a place where you can exhale, feel seen, and find your way back to yourself.
