I am a LCSW with over 20 years working in the field of counseling and mental health serving individuals and couples. I offer in office consultations, as well as on-line telehealth sessions. I specialize in the treatment of interpersonal trauma, anxiety and depression. I believe in an individualized treatment plan that considers mind body and spirit using a strength based approach. Fostering a safe, therapeutic alliance is the cornerstone of my practice. I welcome the opportunity to support you on your healing journey.

I have a post graduate degree in Trauma & MBSR. I have worked with those who have experienced domestic violence, childhood trauma, survivors of sexual abuse and war veterans. In addition to my clinical experience, I also offer holistic therapies that incorporate mindfulness and yoga as well as energy work(Reiki). A blend of eastern and western techniques.
