Clients who know they want something more or different for themselves, but aren't sure how to begin or get there, are clients I often help. I love to work with those who have long-standing issues they have tried to address in a variety of ways but have been disappointed by their progress or the help they have received. I like working with the complexity and nuance of a person's experience and am not interested in treatment that looks the same across clientele.
I’m a psychodynamic psychotherapist who believes in the power of healing through connection. With specialities in trauma and spirituality, I work to explore the deeper layers of experience—honoring both what is spoken and what is felt in the body. I use a rich blend of modalities including IFS, somatic and systems theory to tailor to your unique needs.
