I have spent my career supporting individuals, families, and children through complex transitions, trauma, and emotional challenges. I am passionate about serving veterans, first responders, and individuals from diverse ethnic communities to ensure they receive trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care tailored to their needs.
My therapeutic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, and couples counseling to help clients heal, regulate emotions, and rebuild connections. Whether managing family dynamics, processing trauma, or transitioning out of service, I can provide the tools and guidance necessary for growth and emotional resilience.
I know firsthand what it is like to feel overwhelmed with day-to-day life, especially being a military spouse. I want to earn your trust.
