Not accepting new clients....The therapeutic relationship is the most significant contribution to successful therapy & a key component in the change process. I ensure a collaborative environment exists where individual strengths are recognized and used as the foundation to enhance overall well-being. I believe in a judgement free environment and ensure each client is seen, heard, and understood. I promote positive self-care and engage in activities that lead to a well-balanced life that include fly fishing, time with my family & Clyde-my adorable senior boxer.
I love working with adults while utilizing individual, family, and couple psychotherapy modalities. Each client has authentic circumstances that require a variety of treatment perspectives. Based on the needs of my clients, therapeutic interventions include EMDR, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, attachment based, & mindfulness therapy approaches.
Over the last 20 years I have enjoyed working with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples and organizations. I specialize in: behavioral and attachment issues, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life stressors and communication/relationship barriers.
