I promote positive self-care and engage in activities that lead to a well-balanced life that include fly fishing, hiking and time outdoor adventuring with my amazing rescue pup and family.
I love working with adults while utilizing individual, family, and couple psychotherapy modalities. Each client has authentic circumstances that require a variety of treatment perspectives. Based on the needs of my clients, therapeutic interventions include EMDR, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, attachment based, & mindfulness therapy approaches.
Over the last 20 years I have enjoyed working with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples and organizations. I specialize in: behavioral and attachment issues, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life stressors and communication/relationship barriers.
