My therapy practice helps you learn techniques to lessen suffering and explore what a meaningful life means to you. Together, we will unravel your story. Imagine moving through your pain to the other side, armed with a new inner compass to navigate your life.
I enjoy working with a variety of concerns, however my primary areas of interest are: grief and loss (including pet loss), chronic illness, anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, and life transitions. I utilize an eclectic approach, uniquely tailored to you, drawing from CBT, DBT, and ACT, as well as incorporating mindfulness.
You will create deeper connections with others and experience the joy of designing a meaningful life. Struggling with chronic illness, perfectionism, a harsh inner critic, navigating a transition in life, empty nest, grief from a loss or care-giving for a spouse, partner or parent.
