Manhattan psychotherapist & EMDR specialist in private practice with nearly 20 years of clinical experience helping high-functioning adults and couples navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, burnout, life transitions, and grief. Many clients are insightful and successful, yet still feel "stuck" in patterns that talk therapy alone has not changed. My approach integrates EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, IFS, somatic approaches, CBT, and neuroscience-informed care to support meaningful, lasting change. Online therapy throughout New York State, with both short-term and ongoing therapy available.
As a holistic, integrative psychotherapist, I have trained extensively in EMDR (advanced level II), CBT, DBT, IFS, psychodynamic psychotherapy and offer these therapies in an individualized protocol. My favorite modality is EMDR, in combination with other techniques, which reduces symptoms and suffering and in much less time than traditional talk therapy.
I work well with smart, high-achieving clients who would like to improve coping skills and resilience. I offer short-term, solution-focused consultation therapy (3-5 sessions) as well as long-term insight-oriented therapy. EMDR & psychotherapy can be provided virtually.
