About

Hello, I imagine you are here because something isn't quite right in your life and you are seeking guidance to make positive changes. As you explore what therapy has to offer you, more clarity emerges that you are embarking on a journey into your inner life. In therapy, you will have a chance to examine the issues you face and learn new tools and skills to address your problems.
I am a body-oriented licensed marriage and family psychotherapist with a doctoral degree in somatics and depth psychology. I completed my clinical training in Berkeley, CA and have a private practice in Portland, Oregon. I offer individual, marriage and family, and relationship counseling.
What I love about my job is helping people to come to new insights that change their lives for the better. I've helped save relationships from the brink of ending, supported endings, encouraged premarital couples to take the leap, and helped newlyweds get through those first few years.
