My clients want to recover their strengths, feel more joy, and face their life situations with more confidence. We all want to feel empowered to pursue the life they really want, so we address those issues together. I enjoy working with pre-teens and up through seniors from all cultures, traditions, backgrounds, and orientations.
I specialize in trauma recovery, working with those who have been abused or encountered difficult situations that have left scars on the inside that are hard to heal. I also work with youth and adults on LGBTQ-related concerns to help strengthen their identities and confidence to live the lives they want.
