As a Latina therapist, I understand how culture, family, and life experiences can influence the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and navigate life's challenges. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. Drawing from attachment-based, person-centered, CBT, and mindfulness approaches, I help clients better understand themselves, explore recurring patterns, and navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion.
