I help women heal from anxiety, OCD, and trauma using a compassionate approach with EMDR, parts work, and body-based therapy. We explore how worried, avoidant or critical parts formed and how healing happens when they feel safe. We work to be present with your body, face uncertainty, and feel more connected. Christian counseling is offered at your request.
