I am a National Certified Mental Health Counselor (RMHCI, NCC) dedicated to providing high-quality, client-led therapy to individuals in Florida. My practice is built on the belief that every person has the innate potential to heal and thrive. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients overcome past trauma, manage anxiety, and break free from limiting patterns. If you are ready to move beyond survival and toward a more authentic and fulfilling life, I invite you to reach out.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and holistic. I integrate relational therapy, inner child work, and somatic techniques to address the whole person—your thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being. I am passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space for all, and I am affirming of LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals.
Therapy is a partnership, and you are the leader of your own journey. My role is to be your guide, providing expertise and support as we work together to achieve your goals. We will explore important life domains like sleep, nutrition, stress, and relationships to facilitate overall well-being. Your story, your identity, and your experiences are honored.
