Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is dedicated to helping my clients develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves so they can feel less overwhelmed, connect to their inner resilience, and find clarity and deeper meaning in their lives. I utilize a holistic framework for wellness in my practice, which means I recognize that healing can come from many different approaches. Together, we can identify and incorporate complementary healing practices, such as mindfulness and meditation, creative arts, spirituality, and somatic movement practices to fully support your individual needs.
