I am passionate about working with clients challenged by anxiety, unwanted, intrusive thoughts and fears that prevent them from participating in activities they value, reaching goals, or sustaining satisfying relationships. Clients often come to me when worries have become unmanageable. Anxiety is a life thief, it targets what you value. Often clients find their world has become small, ruled by behaviors they feel driven to do to feel safe. They may have rigid rules, unrealistic expectations or patterns of perfectionism. Some find themselves avoiding situations or people out of fear.

My approach to therapy is holistic, non judgmental, collaborative & growth focused. My post graduate training includes specialized training in ERP, OCD, Emetophobia, Skin picking/hair pulling, Agoraphobia and Panic Disorder. I have completed intensive training in ERP including the International OCD Foundation's Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI).

Reaching out can be scary, but I believe learning new skills and tools to manage life's challenges is a brave step forward. I take a non pathological approach to treatment, focusing on finding new ways to respond and work with unhelpful emotional or behavioral patterns that keep us from living the life we want.
