In addition to working with adults, I bring over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and their families. I help clients address behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, peer relationships, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem.
My approach is holistic, solution-focused, and relational. In a nonjudgmental space, we’ll work through possible barriers and focus on building effective coping strategies. When working with children and adolescents, I use a blend of play, art, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and skills to support emotional growth, self-awareness, and lasting change.
