I ask questions, I take notes. I create a plan to help clients learn how to take effective notes in life and journal during sessions with intention. I like to focus on understanding patterns. The ones that get us closest to our best life. Patterns guide us to modalities, or more specifically, patterns help us develop plans and modules for achieving therapy success, at your pace.
PTSD and the consequent symptoms are my specialties. Through awareness focus achieved with techniques of bullet journaling, and 2-3 months of discovery, we will work together to build the path to what you want and how you prefer to be in your whole life.
The most challenging part of seeking assistance at the therapy level is making contact. My practice is unique in that I am more interested in what you think about your experiences. I am also committed to working with the community of health professionals you have selected to heal with.
