I help those of you who suffer from unresolved traumas both big and small. I pull from my experiences of mother, grandmother, wife, widow, sister, daughter. Together we can explore the different parts of self and how our roles and relationships affect us. I can guide you to a deeper awareness of how life wounds can affect performance and satisfaction with life.
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me develop a tailored treatment plan for our work together. The first session explores what past experiences show up to cause current problems in your confident, relationships and behavioral responses.
I am most effective working with clients who continue to be affected by childhood traumas. This can be challenging and painful work, but at the end it is very rewarding. Trauma work requires being open to exploring the past traumas and a winningness to engage in the therapeutic process.
