As a licensed clinical psychologist, I specialize in providing effective, evidence-based treatments for trauma (PTSD), anxiety disorders, depression, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and offer specialized treatments for PTSD, OCD, and anxiety disorders including Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Panic Control Treatment. I also offer consultation, helping providers learn to effectively provide PE or PE-PC.
My work focuses on helping you process prior experiences, learn effective coping strategies, and develop the tools you need to heal and live life your way.
