I am integrative and use several modalities, depending on the issues, like CBT, solution focused, guided imagery, psychodynamic, positive psychology and grounding techniques to move thru and process what has been heavy to feel more clear in your direction and see positive change in living the life that best supports your needs, values and individuality.
My approach is warm and caring in a way that is interactive and direct to understand what has effected you situationally and emotionally.
