I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 24 years of experience supporting individuals across all ages. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and behavioral concerns. I also support clients exploring identity, sexuality, and relationship dynamics, including LGBTQ+ individuals and those in nontraditional partnerships.
My experience includes helping clients navigate mood disorders, trauma, behavioral challenges, and identity exploration. My work emphasizes empowerment, clarity, and emotional resilience.
