You may feel like parts of your life don’t fully connect. Like you’re holding it together on the outside, but internally things feel fragmented, overwhelming, or hard to explain. Maybe your past shows up in ways you can’t control, or you’ve never felt fully safe being yourself. If you’ve tried to push through or even been in therapy before and still feel stuck, you’re not alone. I specialize in complex trauma and dissociation (OSDD/DID), as well as the impact of religious, cultural, and identity-based experiences. You could be one who is those navigating neurodivergence, queerness, or both. Venn-diagrams are fun!
My work is especially helpful for people who haven’t felt fully understood in therapy, or whose experiences are difficult to put into words. I’m an active, collaborative therapist. Together, we’ll make sense of patterns, explore what’s been hard to access, and build greater internal stability and connection — at a pace that feels both safe and meaningful.
Over time, many clients experience greater clarity, self-trust, and a stronger sense of being grounded and integrated, along with improved ease in relationships and internal experiences. The goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to help you feel more fully yourself and more at home in your life. If this resonates, I’m happy to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
