Hi! I am Kim Allen. I am excited to meet with you! I have been working with individuals of all ages for over 15 years. I have always been passionate about helping others and would love to support you whether you are simply going through some tough times, need some motivation in making a change in your life, or are struggling with some more difficult challenges.
I have worked with a variety of populations, including victims of trauma, parents, adolescents, and children struggling with mental health or other neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism, etc and individuals working to make lifestyle changes such as diet and nutritional changes.
I am particularly passionate about helping others find ways to make changes using natural means, including things such as meditation, dietary changes, nutritional supplementation, and behavior modification.
