Finding the right therapist to guide you on your healing journey is essential. I believe that therapy can take on many different forms depending on what you need. Sometimes it needs to be trauma-focused and other times it may need to be a little-lighthearted. I aim to meet people where they are in life.

During our initial sessions, we will discuss the most pressing issues and collaborate to create a tailored plan for addressing them. Most importantly, we will take things at your pace.

I do not see individuals with personality disorders, active addiction, nor do I offer crisis intervention care.
