I have over 14 years experience working with adults, adolescents and children struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems and other difficult situations.
I offer a safe space with unconditional compassion and understanding. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing.
