I work with adults and couples who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, parenting stress, or relationship challenges. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who appear to be managing on the outside but feel distressed, stretched thin, disconnected, or stuck in frustrating patterns in their relationships, jobs or family roles.
I have worked with individuals and couples with varying challenges from infidelity, communication problems, crisis care, betrayal, or depression and anxiety. I also specialize in parenting strategies.
I have a telehealth practice due to the convenience for clients removing barriers like transportation, drive time, child care needs, and weather challenges!
One of my main strengths is creating a positive relationship with my clients with warmth, acceptance, and a non-judgmental approach that truly comes from the heart. The work in therapy is grounded in our therapeutic alliance and from there we tackle the challenges you face and the progress you desire to reduce distress and build skills.
