I'm Kim Massey, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor offering psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families. I have been practicing psychotherapy for 5 years and find that a client-centered, integrative approach towards healing and thriving is the most effective. Teaming up with the client(s) to address their concerns with presence, deep compassion, empathy and honoring generates results. I work from a non-pathologizing perspective and believe each person has the wisdom and capacity to heal and transform.
I have specialized training and experience in effective parenting techniques, family systems, grief counseling, trauma-healing, poly-vagal theory and Somatic Post Traumatic Growth Therapy. I support clients towards getting out of their heads and into their bodies as an avenue for increased personal awareness and where great potential for change occurs.
