I have 30 years of mental health experience working people experiencing mood changes after having a baby, LGBTQ+, spirituality, becoming a caretaker, college students, health, and grief/end of life. I have supported a variety of clients, as well as helping professionals such as social workers, psychologists, medical professionals/doctors, and others who are seeking counseling. Your confidentiality is of utmost importance. You are the expert of your life, so I pace counseling with where you are at; and utilize person centered, trauma informed, resilience, and cultural humility approaches.
I have published, spoken nationally/internationally, and worked with people experiencing mental health issues during pregnancy and postpartum. I have extensive experience with medical / mental health professionals and students. I have 20 years of experience working with older adults/families, and interest in end-of-life care and near death experiencers.
