Hello. I'm so glad you found this page. It can be overwhelming trying to find a therapist or knowing if it is a good fit, especially when thoughts and emotions are endlessly spinning due to stress, depression, anxiety or trauma. If you have been looking, I hope that I may be able to help.

My approach to therapy is very client centered. I strive to see the person behind the problem. My goal is to help you re-find your voice, without re-traumatization, through focusing on the body (movement and play for kids) and building trust within the self.

Life can be incredibly messy. It takes courage to recognize and ask for help in the middle of the stressors. I consider it an honor and privilege when I am able to walk beside my clients in their journey towards healing.
